Product Specialist - Interactive floors

We are looking for an enthusiastic product specialist to promote and sell our exciting interactive floor products to customers in education and other markets.

The successful candidate will learn this product range inside out, in time becoming the company's internal expert. They will create exciting interactive activities and games which meet the needs of the curriculum across all subjects and key stages whilst demonstrating the features and benefits of the product.

This exciting role will involve working with potential new customers and partners, often working on the interactive floor itself. You will be fully trained on the product, but will need to be self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative with ideas for new activities. Part of your role will involve seeking out new opportunities for promoting the product as well as performing sales demonstrations and carrying out site surveys at potential customers sites. You will work closely with the product development manager and sales manager to ensure that the product is positioned correctly in the market including pricing, commercial agreements etc.

The ideal candidate may be from an education and/or teaching background although this is not essential. You will however need excellent IT skills and preferably have technology expertise and sales experience. An ability to convey how children and users can benefit by learning through interaction and play is essential.

Type: Full Time / Permanent

Location: Field Based - National, with regular demonstrations and meetings at our head office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, UK.

Salary: Negotiable - depending on experience.

App Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic developer with experience of creating mobile apps for iOS and Android devices to join our software development team.

You will be familiar with integrated development environments and other tools for creating mobile applications. A good understanding of UI design and common web technologies such as PHP/MySQL, ASP/MSSQL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and CSS Frameworks is essential and knowledge of MBaaS, Azure, AWS, Angular JS (or similar) frameworks is desirable. The ability to design, create and interface with web services (REST/XML/JSON) would be a definite advantage.

The successful candidate will need to be able to take an idea from concept to a refined, customer-ready application and should be able to show examples from a portfolio of apps which they have developed.
